Platform role

L8TE provides discovery, profiles, and messaging. We do not employ staff or performers, run payroll, sponsor visas, or verify work authorization. Venues and individuals are responsible for contracts, classification, tax, and immigration compliance.

Jobs, gigs, and talent pool

Applying or sharing interest does not guarantee a job or booking. The venue decides who to hire or book. You may be asked to accept versioned recruitment terms before applying; acceptance is stored with your account.
