Marketing suite

How marketing pricing works

The full marketing suite (email builder, segments, A/B tests, automation, push) is included — not sold as a separate subscription. SMS is the only channel with direct carrier costs, so it uses a simple credit balance.

Email campaigns

Included with your venue. No per-email fee from L8TE and no separate email marketing subscription. Opens, clicks, and attribution are included.

Push notifications

Included with your venue. Push blasts do not deduct SMS credits. Fair-use limits per guest per day help protect deliverability and inbox health.

SMS — credit balance (transparent)

Each SMS blast deducts credits from your balance: 1 credit = 1 standard SMS. Credits are separate from email and push.

  • Free monthly credits: about $5 worth of SMS credits added every month (roughly 1,200+ messages at our carrier cost basis).
  • Monthly bonus credits: based on your venue’s L8TE platform fees from the previous month (our share of pass sales, orders, guestlist, etc.). The grant is proportional to that amount — your Marketing / SMS screen shows the running balance, history, and exact calculation.
  • Optional top-up: buy credits in-app via Stripe. Typical price is about $0.012 per credit (1.2¢), minimum purchase 100 credits. Use this if you send more SMS than your free + bonus balance.
  • Immediate (“send now”) SMS blasts use 3× credits per recipient vs scheduled sends, to reflect priority delivery.

Exact balances and pricing are shown in your venue marketing settings. Promoters who use SMS follow the same credit model on their account.
