Payouts Guide

For Venues

Venues receive 70% of pass sales when a promoter is involved, or 85% when no promoter is involved. L8TE keeps 15% platform fee on all sales.

  • • Total Revenue: All pass sales
  • • Platform Fee: 15% (L8TE's fee)
  • • If promoter involved: Promoter gets 15%, you get 70%
  • • If no promoter: You get 85%
  • • Available Balance: Your earnings minus payouts
  • • Automatic Payouts: Every Tuesday at 9 AM UTC

For Promoters

Promoters earn 15% commission on all passes sold through their referral links, plus referral income from venue and promoter referrals.

  • • Pass Sales Commission: 15% of all passes sold via your links
  • • Guestlist Earnings: Flat rate per checked-in guestlist entry
  • • Booth Booking Commission: 13% of booth bookings via your links
  • • Available Balance: Earnings minus payouts
  • • Automatic Payouts: Every Tuesday at 9 AM UTC

Venue Referral Earnings

When you refer a venue to L8TE, you earn through a tiered system:

  • • Activation Bonus: €5 when the referred venue makes its first transaction
  • • 50% Platform Fee Share: You earn 50% of the platform fees L8TE collects from that venue on the first €1,000 in platform fees (up to €500)
  • • 5% Lifetime Share: After €1,000 in platform fees, you earn 5% of all platform fees from that venue — forever

Promoter Referral Earnings

When you refer another promoter to L8TE:

  • • 5% Lifetime Share: You earn 5% of all platform fees L8TE collects from the referred promoter's work — forever
  • • This includes platform fees from all pass sales, guestlist entries, and booth bookings they generate
  • • There is no cap on promoter referral earnings

Requesting Payouts

You can request payouts manually at any time, or wait for automatic weekly payouts every Tuesday.

Manual Request:

  1. Go to Payouts section
  2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  3. Click "Request Payout"
  4. Payout status will show as PENDING, then PROCESSING, then COMPLETED

Automatic Payouts:

  • • Every Tuesday at 9 AM UTC
  • • All available balance is automatically paid out
  • • Requires bank account to be connected

Payout Status

  • • PENDING: Request submitted, awaiting processing
  • • PROCESSING: Payout being processed
  • • COMPLETED: Funds transferred
  • • FAILED: Issue occurred (check reason)

Bank Account Setup

To receive automatic payouts directly to your bank account, you need to add your bank account details. This is a secure, one-time setup.

  1. Go to your Payouts section
  2. Click "Add Bank Account"
  3. Enter your bank account details
  4. Once connected, payouts will be automatically transferred via bank transfer
